“Worldwide Harbours”

Participants

Any worldwide visual artist over 18 years old.

Format

Maximum size: A4 Paper( 21 x 27cm ). Minimum size: Postcard size (10 x 15 cm).

Support

Paper of any kind, Cardstock, Cardboard, Fabric, Photo Paper, Acetate.

Technique

Free (paint, drawing, engraving, photography, digital art, collage, mixed techniques, etc.)

Sending and receiving mail

Each artist may send up to three (3) pieces of artwork. Information about each piece should be added to the back of it (author, country, e-mail, artwork title, technique)
Add a note with the following information:
(a) Full name of the author

(b) Information about the autor (not required)

(c) Author’s website

(d) E-mail address: to be used to confirm receipt of the artwork.

(e) For each piece of artwork (maximum 3):

(1) Title of the artwork

(2) Description of the artwork (not required)

(3) Technique used

(d) For each artwork (maximum 3):

(4) A Digital image of the artwork that can be used by the organizer to load it to its website (Width: 660px – High: 430px)

(e) Shipping tracking number: This information is recommended in order to ensure peace of mind of both organizer as well as author.

Exhibition

The artworks will be posted on line an a site dedicated to this event.
The artworks received will be shown at the UEUQQN . Quequén, Buenos Aires, Argentina, on Friday, March 21, 2014.
The artworks that does not respect the requeriments or the theme outlined by the organizer or that offense human dignity, will not be included in this exhibition. The received artworks will not returned or marketed. Each participant will received a participation certificate. After the exhibition, all artworks will be compiled into a collaborative art book that will became part of our library.

All the information shared may be used for this exhibition marketing purpose.

The participation in this exhibition is free and the participants accept the rules.
