Darn, I can 't find the quote using Google, and I think it is from one of Anna Akhmatova 's poems, but I might be wrong on that...
anyway, here is my probably faulty English rendition:

"Someday we will meet, again, in St. Petersburg
and it will be as if the sun (shone? was born?) upon the earth"
