<HTML>The 1st Haricom International Mail Art Festival 2001

HariCom International hosts the 1st International Mail Arts Festival, that is the first occaion in South Korea.

In normal mail art call, the host generally provides theme. But as most Koreans still are not accustomed to its convention, we decided it free to the participants discretion.

This will be the first historic event to seed mail art culture in Korea. As we build a bridge to communicate Korean people and the world through mail art, we hope this will be a cornerstone for us to have more mutrual understanding among us.

We hope you give us lots of encouragements and corporations through your participation. All are welcomed. No jury, no entry fee, all works will be exhibited.
