<HTML>having just closed down a couple of email accounts and subsequently wiped the address books that went with them, (ive now lost the emails of many mail artists). I was wondering if there was an up to date mail art email list (database) that was in the public domain, that is used for sending out information on mail art projects etc.

Im aware of the yahoo groups (mail arts and iuoma) these seem to be a pretty good way of networking. but are not a list or address book of email addresses so far as i can make out.

<HTML>email lists go out of date so quickly that it would be a full time job updating such a database. I had problems with shifting emails for artists during my research. Can you run a memory recovery program on your computer to recover the files? I've had good luck with Norton Unerase for file recovery. good luck.</HTML>
